Because of the introduction of new processing parameters in water-assisted injection molding (WAIM), processes control has become more difficult. First, design of experiment (DOE) was carried out by using optimized Latin hypercubes (Opt LHS). On the basis of this, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to simulate and calculate hollowed core ratios and wall thickness differences of cooling water pipe at different positions. Then inverse radial basis function (RBF) neural network model reflecting the fitting relationship between processing parameters and molding quality was established, and accuracy of the model was detected by cross validation. Finally, expected molding quality was applied to predict processing parameters, and the obtained molding quality under the predicted processing parameters was verified by computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation and experimental methods. The results showed that mean relative precisions of processing parameters such as melt temperature, delay time, short shot size, water pressure, and mold temperature for inverse RBF model were 98.6%, 93.6%, 98.5%, 93.9%, and 97.9%, respectively, which met the accuracy requirements. Furthermore, compared with expected values of hollowed core ratios and wall thickness differences, the average errors of CAE and experiment were 2.3% and 4.9%, respectively. 相似文献

This paper presents a new optimized interval principal component analysis applied to detect and isolate actuators faults of an autonomous spacecraft involved in the rendezvous phase of the Mars sample return mission. Based on the exploitation of various arithmetic and interval analysis properties, the new interval model is built by solving the interval eigenpairs problem via a resolution of a parametric linear programming problem. The detection and isolation phases are performed by extending the classic methods to interval-valued data. The proposed method is applied to detect and isolate actuators faults that can occur on the spacecraft's thrusters. Based on data provided by a “high fidelity” industrial simulator developed by Thales Alenia Space, the obtained results proved the effectiveness of the proposed interval fault diagnosis method on detecting and isolating thrusters' faults. 相似文献

Hydrogen has been a promising energy carrier to meet the world's energy needs as well as reduce pollutant emissions. Although many countries have policies and programs to expand hydrogen production, the potential for hydrogen production in different regions of Qatar has not yet been evaluated. Therefore, this paper, for the first time, evaluates the possibility of an average annual cogeneration of 14 kWh of electricity and 85 kg/day of hydrogen by a home-scale solar-wind system connected to the grid in Qatar. NASA's 20-year average of meteorological data, the electricity tariff and gasoline price in 2018, along with annual real interest rate, were used as inputs to HOMER software. The techno-econo-enviro analysis was done over a one-year period hour by hour. From the results, it was found that the lowest prices of hydrogen and electricity generated, with $ 2.092/kg and $ 11.495/kWh, were related to Grid and PV-Wind-Grid scenarios, respectively. Also, results indicated that Ar-Ruways station and PV-Wind-Grid scenario were the most environmentally suitable options that resulted in a CO2 emission rate of 1434 kg annually. To select just one station among five areas, a fuzzy method was deployed as a prioritization technique. Its results suggested that Doha Intl Airport site is the most suitable one for constructing solar-wind hybrid energy generation system. 相似文献

以纯度大于99.9%(质量分数)的高纯ZrO2和SiO2为原料,少量TiO2为添加剂,采用高温固相法合成高纯锆英石(ZrSiO4)粉料。研究温度和反应时间对高纯锆英石合成效率的影响,发现粒度小于50 μm的原料粉末经1 500 ℃反应48 h后,ZrSiO4相的含量可以达到95.77%(质量分数)。将合成的高纯锆英石粉料球磨并冷等静压成型后,在1 550 ℃高温烧结成高纯致密锆英石砖。高纯致密锆英石中杂质Fe的含量仅为29 μg/g,Cu的含量小于1 μg/g,是普通商用致密锆英石的1/10;对磷酸盐玻璃静态光吸收损耗的影响仅为普通致密锆英石材料的1/3。将这种高纯致密锆英石材料用于激光玻璃窑炉,有助于降低玻璃对1 053 nm激光的损耗,提升激光玻璃的激光性能。 相似文献

Hydrotalcite-derived Ni/Mg(Al)O is promising for CH4–CO2 reforming. However, the catalysts reported so far suffer from sever coking at low temperatures. In this work, we demonstrate that a significant improvement of coke-resistance of Ni/Mg(Al)O can be achieved by fine tuning the Ni particle size through adjusting the reduction condition of catalyst. Ni particles having average size within 4.0–7.1 nm are in situ generated by reducing the catalyst at a selected temperature within 923–1073 K. Controllability of Ni particle size is related to the formation of Mg(Ni,Al)O solid solution upon hydrotalcite decomposition. It is found that the catalyst reduced at 973 K exhibits high activity, stability, and coke-resistance even at reaction temperature as low as 773 K. In contrast, the catalyst reduced at 923 K has low activity and deactivates due to Ni oxidation, while those reduced at 1023 and 1073 K suffer from sintering and severe coking. STEM and O2-TPO reveal that coke deposition is directly proportional to the Ni particle size but becomes negligible at a size below 6.2 nm. It is evidenced that a critical size of about 6 nm is required to inhibit coking effectively. CO2 temperature-programmed surface reaction indicates that the deposited carbon on small Ni particles can be easily removed by the CO2 activated at the Ni–Mg(Al)O interfaces, accounting for the better resistance to coking. 相似文献

This paper deals with the identification of the thermal parameters of multilayer objects using the concept of thermal impedance. In order to perform such identification, temperature evolution in time is obtained by an infrared camera after power excitation is applied in the investigated structure. Infrared thermography offers the advantage of being a noncontact temperature detection and measurement method. In many practical cases, it is impossible to use contact temperature measurements. Typically, the power in the form of a step function is applied. In order to calculate the thermal impedance of an object, temperature and power are converted into the frequency domain using the Laplace transform for s = jω. Then, the poles of the thermal impedance are identified using vector fitting, which allows calculating the thermal impedance as a sum of partial fractions. This corresponds directly to the Foster network of a thermal object. In addition, the vector fitting method offers much better convergence in comparison with other methods using the polynomial rational approximation of thermal impedance. A considerable improvement of the numerical Laplace transform in high frequency range is proposed. In this approach, the variable s = jω is replaced by , and then, the integration result is corrected by the Taylor series. It leads to a kind of filtering of the temperature signal. 相似文献

针对煤矿井下高瓦斯软煤顺层长钻孔排渣困难、成孔率低、施工困难等问题,通过数值模拟实验研究了井下深部软煤体变形破坏特征,分析了顺层长钻孔孔周松软煤体变形特征及应力变化,以揭示顺层长钻孔孔周松软煤体变形产渣规律。研究表明:深部高瓦斯软煤顺层钻孔孔周煤体的应力平衡临界条件破坏后将发生大体积突然垮落;钻孔水平最大变形位移为1.22mm,垂直方向最大变形位移为10.7mm;径向孔周煤体垂向变形呈现逐渐减小趋势,且垂向变形明显大于钻孔水平变形。在水平方向上,钻孔孔周煤体应力分布呈现先增大再逐渐减小的变化规律,径向距离对水平应力分布的影响逐渐减小;随着径向距离的增加,钻孔孔周煤体应力分布逐渐降低,钻孔孔壁处煤体的应力出现最大值,且垂直方向处应力值最大。 相似文献

Ongoing and emerging renewable energy technologies mainly produce electric energy and intermittent power. As the energy economy relies on banking energy, there is a rising need for chemically stored energy. We propose heat driven reverse electrodialysis (RED) technology with ammonium bicarbonate (AmB) as salt for producing hydrogen. The study provides the authors’ perspective on the commercial feasibility of AmB RED for low grade waste heat (333 K–413 K) to electricity conversion system. This is to our best of knowledge the only existing study to evaluate levelized cost of energy of a RED system for hydrogen production. The economic assessment includes a parametric study, and a scenario analysis of AmB RED system for hydrogen production. The impact of various parameters including membrane cost, membrane lifetime, cost of heating, inter-membrane distance and residence time are studied. The results from the economic study suggests, RED system with membrane cost less than 2.86 €/m2, membrane life more than 7 years and a production rate of 1.19 mol/m2/h or more are necessary for RED to be economically competitive with the current renewable technologies for hydrogen production. Further, salt solubility, residence time and inter-membrane distance were found to have impact on levelized cost of hydrogen, LCH. In the present state, use of ammonium bicarbonate in RED system for hydrogen production is uneconomical. This may be attributed to high membrane cost, low (0.72 mol/m2/h) hydrogen production rate and large (1,281,436 m2) membrane area requirements. There are three scenarios presented the present scenario, market scenario and future scenario. From the scenario analysis, it is clear that membrane cost and membrane life in present scenario controls the levelized cost of hydrogen. In market scenario and future scenario the hydrogen production rate (which depends on membrane properties, inter-membrane distance etc.), the cost of regeneration system and the cost of heating controls the levelized cost of hydrogen. For a thermally driven RED system to be economically feasible, the membrane cost not more than 20 €/m2; hydrogen production rate of 3.7 mol/m2/h or higher and cost of heating not more than 0.03 €/kWh for low grade waste heat to hydrogen production. 相似文献
